In the tranquil village of Alanchery, two venerable lineages shape daily life. Chathukutty Bhagavathar presides over a clan of celebrated musicians whose melodies stitch together weddings and festivals, while his brother Chandappan Gurukkal leads a family steeped in the disciplined art of Kalaripayattu. Their households, each brimming with five sons, live side by side, their friendly rivalry a quiet pulse that sustains the community’s rhythm of sound and strength.

Into this harmonious tension arrives a young outsider seeking shelter. Meera comes with her retired army grandfather, claiming a hidden connection to the Bhagavathar’s past. Her modest request to be embraced as family sets the stage for an exchange of old loyalties and new possibilities, prompting the brothers to weigh tradition against the promise of an unexpected bond.
