Mother awakens in bed next to Him, but he is missing. She calls out for him, saying 'Baby?' but receives no answer, sparking her search around their home.

The tranquility of the home is shattered by a knock at the door, revealing a stranger referred to as Man. Him welcomes him with open arms, while Mother feels an unsettling aura around him, sensing something foreboding.

Mother watches as Man suffers from violent coughing fits, revealing a piece of flesh that disappears from his ribs. Despite her concerns, Him tries to overshadow the ominous health issues running rampant in their home.
