The film begins by revisiting the rich history of the Owens family, establishing that the ancestor Maria Owens cast a spell to prevent the women in her family from ever experiencing love. Fast forward more than a decade, and Sally’s daughters are now young adults navigating college life. In a twist of fate, Kylie arrives at Lockland Manor, where she meets Tom Bailey (Solly McLeod), who has ties to her family's past and a desire to steal their magic.
