Inspector Rakesh Kadam is introduced as an honest officer dedicated to justice. However, his life takes a tragic turn when he becomes the target of false accusations of corruption orchestrated by the powerful crime boss, Jaikant Shikre.

Unable to withstand the shame and humiliation from the false allegations, Rakesh Kadam tragically decides to end his life. This heartbreaking decision sends shockwaves through his community and lays the groundwork for a quest for justice.

After the tragic loss of her husband, Megha, Rakesh Kadam's widow, vows to seek revenge against Jaikant Shikre. She declares that justice will prevail, igniting her quest to clear her husband's name.

The scene shifts to Shivgad, where we meet Bajirao Singham, an upright police officer known for his unconventional and effective policing. Singham is well-respected in the village, earning admiration for his straightforward and moral approach to law enforcement.

Industrialist Gautam Bhosle arrives in Shivgad with his family, including his daughter Kavya. During a series of comedic incidents, Kavya develops feelings for Singham, captivated by his integrity and simplicity.

Jaikant Shikre, out on conditional bail for murder, is required to report to Shivgad but sends a proxy instead. Singham confronts Jaikant’s deception, demanding he appear in person, showcasing Singham's commitment to upholding the law.

Humiliated by Singham's actions, Jaikant uses his power to have Singham transferred to Goa. This transfer marks the beginning of an escalating conflict, as Jaikant seeks to undermine Singham's authority.

Upon arriving in Goa, Singham uncovers the vast reach of Jaikant's criminal empire, revealing the corruption among local officials, including DSP Satyam Patkar. Despite intimidation and threats, Singham is determined to fight against the systemic corruption.

Singham begins dismantling Jaikant's operations by arresting his henchman, Shiva, on false charges. This critical arrest leads to the discovery of Jaikant's involvement in Kadam's tragic downfall, linking the crime boss directly to the wrongful accusations.

In a desperate move, Jaikant kidnaps Kavya's sister Anjali to intimidate Singham. However, Singham manages to rescue her just in time, further escalating the conflict between the two men and highlighting his bravery.

Jaikant's political party wins the elections, and he elevates his status by becoming a minister. This power increase complicates Singham's efforts to bring Jaikant to justice, as he gains additional political protection.
