Singham Again concludes with Bajirao Singham managing to rescue his wife, Avni, from the clutches of the ruthless villain Zubair Hafeez, also known as Danger Lanka. Zubair, out for revenge against Singham because of past conflicts, captures Avni and demands that Singham and his team come to Sri Lanka if they want her back. The story reveals that Zubair is a grandson of Omar Hafeez, a terrorist leader Singham previously fought, and Avni had uncovered critical evidence about the existence of Lord Ram’s historical truth. Her investigation led her into danger when she was kidnapped during a trip to Rameswaram, with the help of a betrayer — her colleague Mrigya, who is actually Iqra Hafeez, Omar Hafeez’s daughter-in-law, working for Zubair.

When Simba arrives in Colombo and manages to escape from Zubair’s captivity, he seeks out Avni and fights to save her. Despite setbacks, Zubair captures both Singham and Simba, forcing the Indian authorities to release Omar Hafeez to gain more manpower. As the climax unfolds, with the Indian police arriving in Sri Lanka led by Sooryavanshi, the situation becomes chaotic. Zubair proves to be too dangerous, and during the final confrontation, Singham kills him in self-defense after Zubair tries to attack him once more.

In the end, Singh and his team succeed in rescuing Avni and defeating Zubair, returning safely to India. The film hints at a potential crossover with Chulbul Pandey, as his character, played by Salman Khan, appears in a cameo scene at the post-credits. This suggests that the cinematic universe set up by Rohit Shetty could expand further, bringing together iconic police characters for future adventures. The ending emphasizes themes of heroism, sacrifice, and the ongoing fight between good and evil within the universe of these beloved cop stories.
