With a strong sense of duty, he dreams of becoming an SI to serve society, but despite his hard work, he falls short of qualifying for the official post. Undeterred, he chooses to carry out police duties even without the uniform, hoping to make a difference on the streets he loves.
Across the city, Parasuramaiah [Prakash Raj], Hyderabad’s principled police commissioner, takes on the toughest threats and forms a crack team to root out terrorism. He leads a dynamic force that includes the fearless Alexander IPS [Sai Durgha Tej], a key figure in the crackdown. A dramatic turn comes during a high-stakes operation, when Rama Rao stops a car packed with explosives, saving countless lives even as the vehicle detonates. The incident triggers a wave of questions after CCTV footage shows a police uniform emblazoned with Alexander’s name, casting doubt on who is really at work in the shadows. Parasuramaiah dispatches Kiran Reddy [Pragya Jaiswal] to bring Rama Rao in, while Rama Rao openly confesses that he’s been acting as a guardian of the city outside the official framework. In the middle of this turmoil, Sitharam [Shivaji Raja], Jamuna’s father and a former constable now given to heavy drinking, offers a painful flashback that exposes the brutal sequence behind Alexander’s death. Rahul and his friends brutally assault Alexander, drug him, and place him at the center of a crowded market with a time bomb. Alexander crawls to a higher floor, tries to survive the onslaught, but the bomb ultimately claims him, leaving a city reeling from the sacrifice.
Driven by a sense of unfinished justice, Rama Rao presses forward with determination to stop Rahul’s reign of terror. His plan grows riskier as he finds himself confronted with a dramatic setup: a public function attended by the home minister where a remote control could trigger disaster. Sitharam’s interference disrupts the plan—knocking the dangerous device away—and Rama Rao manages a desperate break into the minister’s car, which is fitted with a signal jammer to blunt the attackers’ reach.

Rahul makes a final bid to finish Rama Rao, but Kiran Reddy—who has already shown courage in the face of danger—intervenes and shoots Rahul, ending the immediate threat.
