The city of Chennai launches a crackdown on the Satan's Slaves gang involved in drug rackets, snatch theft, and murders. Commissioner Vijayakumar assigns ACP Arjun Kumar from Madurai to lead the case, a pilot for justice shaped by his mother Lakshmi. Arjun steps into a high-stakes pursuit aimed at dismantling the gang.

Arjun is the sole breadwinner for a crowded, anxious family. Lakshmi, his alcoholic elder brother Kothandam and his wife, his married younger sister, and Kutty all live under one roof with Kutty secretly in love with their daughter. His unemployment worries the family and fuels Arjun's determination to restore order.

Arjun and his partner Sophia stumble upon Naveen's body in a hostel. Naveen burned the drugs and hanged himself after his friend Chinna betrayed the gang, and Chinna was killed by the bikers when the betrayal was exposed. Arjun finds Naveen's helmet and learns Naveen was a snatch thief who used a stolen motorcycle bought on an online platform.

Arjun and Sophia connect the murders, thefts, and drug crimes to the same organization. The bikes are bought using stolen phones via a dark web platform, tying the incidents together. They deduce that a single kingpin is directing the crimes.

An undercover operation sends a mercenary to lure a former drug peddler–turned thug to reveal the kingpin. In a high-speed bike chase and close-quarters fight, Arjun defeats Wolfranga and the gang and arrests them. He is shocked to discover Kutty's involvement.

While transporting the gang to prison, Satan's Slaves attack the convoy, kill several policemen, and help Wolfranga escape. Arjun's team is overwhelmed, and Kutty escapes with the gang, deepening his family's crisis.

Arjun is demoted after Kutty's involvement comes to light, and the case is handed to DCP Rajangam and IG Arasu. Unknown to everyone, Rajangam and Arasu are moles working for Wolfranga and they ignore critical leads.

Lakshmi refuses food and drink, tormented by Kutty's fall. Arjun decides to take matters into his own hands and resumes the investigation, aided by Sophia and the cybercrime team to expose the corrupt moles.

Kutty is drawn deeper into Wolfranga's world after being humiliated by his sister-in-law and society about unemployment. Wolfranga recruits unemployed graduates by selling them a version of family belonging, indoctrinating them with money as the motive.

Investigators locate abandoned motorcycles at a derelict quarry, confirming a link to the gang's supply chain. Arjun is reassigned to the case and plans to expose Rajangam and Arasu by coordinating with Vijayakumar. The case broadens as they close in on the kingpin.

Wolfranga kidnaps Arjun's family and uses hostages to force him to steal a metric ton of seized cocaine from the treasury. He also pushes Kutty to perform the deed while controlling the risk.

During the operation, Wolfranga has Kutty hold an empty gun to pretend he shoots Lakshmi, testing her selflessness. Kutty's courage leads him to instead shoot Wolfranga's girlfriend Sarah dead, altering the power balance.

Kutty reunites with his family but is badly beaten and taken hostage again. Arjun steals the cocaine, exposing and capturing Rajangam, Arasu, and the remaining mules. He then confronts Wolfranga in a climactic battle, aided by his team.

Arjun defeats Wolfranga, and the team hacks Satan's Slaves' server, luring the bikers to the hideout where they are surrounded and arrested. The case closes with public acclaim, and the police organize rehabilitation programs for depressed and drug-affected youth.
