Shiva, Prasanna, is a bright, hopeful boy who endears himself to the children of his village even as his home life grows darker. His father, a bitter alcoholic, subjects him to abuse and distrust, doubting his paternity and blaming his wife for infidelity. When Shiva’s mother dies giving birth to a baby girl, the child is named Peeli, and the pair form a tender, unbreakable bond. Shiva steps into the role of guardian for Peeli, shielding her from the cruelty at home and teaching her to find light even in a harsh world. Yet the father’s cruelty never fully wanes. One day, Shiva comes home to witness his father’s friend attempting to molest Peeli, with the father’s consent. Consumed by rage, Shiva kills both men and flees with Peeli. The trauma leaves Peeli unresponsive, and in a desperate moment, Shiva abandons her and escapes alone.

Jumping forward to the present, the story follows Ronny, a resourceful caterer and part‑time driver who shares a close, supportive life with his mother and his sister Ruby. Ruby’s happiness comes from a secret love with Ronny’s best friend, and even though Ronny initially balks, he eventually accepts their marriage and the trio becomes a tight-knit family. The calm is disrupted when Ronny meets Jema at a wedding. Jema, the daughter of a wealthy employer, forms a connection with him, and romance blossoms as Ronny’s life quietly expands beyond the kitchen and the roads he drives.

Meanwhile, a comic misadventure at a wedding sets a new chain of events in motion. Ronny is asked to drive a tourist named Chandy, only to discover that the man he picked up is a drunken impostor. Rather than turn away, Ronny offers a hand and forges an unlikely friendship with the man, who turns out to be a successful businessman. This encounter broadens Ronny’s world and layers in new complexities as he juggles loyalty to his family, a budding romance with Jema, and a growing bond with his new companion.

As Ronny and Jema deepen their relationship, we learn of a hidden tragedy from Ronny’s past: during their honeymoon, Ruby and her husband are attacked in a jungle known for its dangerous wildlife. Ruby survives but is left bedridden, while her husband dies in the assault. Ruby’s ongoing condition requires constant care, and Ronny is tender in his devotion, tending to her as their family unit continues to evolve.

The circle widens when it’s revealed that Chandy—Ronny’s wealthy employer and the man who befriended the impostor—is actually the father of Santa, a lively young woman who quickly befriends Ruby. Santa’s warmth makes an impact, and when she meets Ruby, both women are moved to tears. Santa reveals a startling truth to Ronny: she is actually Peeli, the sister Shiva once protected, adopted by Chandy from an orphanage. Santa has recently reconnected with her long-lost brother Shiva, who returns to her life, but his presence proves dangerous. Shiva begins to manipulate Santa, who, in an act of trust, invites him into her home. Yet Santa soon realizes that Shiva is not the caring brother she remembers, but a violent manipulator who preys on her vulnerability to squeeze money and power from her life.

Determined to shield Santa, Ronny confronts Chandy, who has been unaware of Shiva’s true nature. With the aid of a nun who watched over Santa’s adoption, they uncover a grim truth: the real Shiva died years ago in an accident, and the man posing as Shiva is an impostor who slipped into Santa’s life for his own gains. The revelation reframes the danger, shifting the battle from a family feud to a deliberate conspiracy centered on Santa’s safety.

In a tense, kinetic pursuit, Ronny and Chandy race to rescue Santa from the jungle hideout where the fake Shiva holds her captive. A brutal confrontation ensues, a clash of wits and will that tests every ounce of courage. Ronny strikes a decisive blow, defeating the impostor and carrying Santa to safety. As the danger erupts again, Chandy intervenes, crashing a car into the impostor in a move that appears to end the threat for good.

The aftermath settles into a fragile peace for Ronny, Jema, and Ruby. Ruby slowly finds peace again after hearing a news report that Shiva died in a wild animal attack, a figure that brings relief even as it glosses over the true truth of the matter. A flashback, however, reveals a grimmer truth: Ronny had confronted Shiva and killed him with a rod, staging the scene to resemble an animal attack. An investigating officer privately acknowledges the deception, choosing to let it go and calling Ronny the “tiger” who brought justice to a dangerous man.

With Shiva’s menace finally behind them, the trio—Ronny, Jema, and Ruby—set off on a long drive together, stepping into a future that feels lighter and freer than the past. The road ahead holds promise, rooted in the strength of family, the courage to face dark truths, and the belief that love and loyalty can guide them toward a hopeful horizon.
