Simhadri

Simhadri grows up an orphan under Ram Bhupal Varma's care in Visakhapatnam, learning early the codes of loyalty and protection. He forms a strong father-son bond with Varma that shapes his outlook on duty. This foundation drives him to shield the vulnerable even at great personal cost.

Kasturi, Varma's granddaughter, grows close to Simhadri and harbors feelings for him. He quietly tends to Indu, a mentally challenged girl, visiting her weekly to entertain and comfort her. He keeps Indu's presence a secret from Varma.

Varma arranges Kasturi's marriage to Simhadri, intending to secure loyalty and unite families. On the ceremony day, Simhadri refuses to abandon Indu, revealing his deep attachment and causing the wedding to be abruptly halted.

Two rival groups descend on Simhadri, chasing him to the banks of the Godavari River. In the ensuing confrontation, his hidden ferocity erupts, shaking Varma and his family who witness a shocking turn in his nature.

Indu is injured during the melee; when she regains consciousness, she recalls her past and stabs Simhadri with an iron pole. He is rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

Namboothri explains the layers of Simhadri's hidden history, shedding light on his evolution into Singamalai Anna. The revelation reframes Varma's understanding of his adopted son's true nature and the burdens he bears.

In a flashback, Saraswati elopes with Aravind, causing Varma pain and a rift between their worlds. Simhadri travels to Thiruvananthapuram to bridge the gap, disguising himself as a patient at a medical and spiritual spa run by Saraswati's family.

While in Thiruvananthapuram, he encounters Indu again, Saraswati's daughter, and begins helping Saraswati's family reunite with Varma's clan.

Saraswati is killed by Bala Nair, a local goon who, along with Bhai Sahib, dominates the Kerala mafia. Enraged, Simhadri takes matters into his own hands, eradicating Bala and his small gang, earning the people’s respect as Singamalai Anna.

Simhadri's vigilante justice expands, drawing dangerous attention from the underworld. Indu urges a return to Andhra Pradesh to escape the mounting peril.

Aravind carries a bomb onto a moving train, forcing Simhadri to choose between saving many lives and his own happiness. He shoots Aravind, a decision that leaves Indu stunned and triggers a temporary amnesia.

Presently, Simhadri survives the ordeal and reconciles with Varma and his family. Indu slowly comes to terms with what happened.

Bhai Sahib and his henchmen arrive at the hospital to finish Simhadri, and he fends them off with help from his loved ones, the police, and loyal friends.

The story emphasizes duty and sacrifice over personal happiness. Simhadri remains a protector to the vulnerable, even as his life becomes a battleground of loyalty, memory, and identity.
