In the neon‑lit underbelly of Mumbai, a city pulsing with both possibility and decay, the line between order and chaos grows ever thinner. The film follows Raghavan Amrendra Singh Umbi, an Assistant Commissioner of Police whose reputation is as tarnished as the streets he patrols. Battling a personal addiction that gnaws at his judgment, he finds himself caught in a relentless tug‑of‑war between his sworn duty and the dark cravings that threaten to consume him.

A series of macabre messages draws Raghavan into a deadly cat‑and‑mouse game with a shadowy figure known only as Ramanna, a deranged assassin whose cryptic taunts turn every investigation into a personal affront.
