Shamsher Singh, portrayed by Anil Kapoor, is the powerful owner of a private island called Al-Shifa, where he engages in the illicit trade of arms and narcotics. His life takes a complex turn with his stepson, Salman Khan as Sikander, and his twins, Suraj played by Saqib Saleem and Sanjana, brought to life by Daisy Shah. The family dynamic is further enriched by Bobby Deol as Yash, a trusted ally within Shamsher’s empire, and Shamsher’s loyal bodyguard, Raghu, played by Sharat Saxena.

A series of flashbacks unveil the deep-seated rivalry that exists between Shamsher and his adversary, Rana Vijay, depicted by Freddy Daruwala. Rana is a thorn in Shamsher’s side, persistently plotting against him and his family. As Suraj and Sanjana approach adulthood, the family’s lawyer reveals their late mother’s will, assigning them each a 25% share and leaving 50% to Sikander. This unfair division breeds resentment towards Sikander, who is revealed to be the son of Shamsher’s deceased brother, Ranchor Singh (Milind Gunaji).

The backstory dives into the Singh family’s legacy, tracing back to the 1970s in Handia village. The brothers initially supplied weapons to the Indian army but found themselves in conflict when they refused to cater to local politicians’ illegal demands. Tragedy strikes when Ranchor’s refusal leads to the devastating death of a rival’s son, resulting in Ranchor’s assassination orchestrated by the angry politician, Vijendar Singh (Manav Vij).

Fast forward to present-day Al-Shifa, and tensions rise as Yash discusses his girlfriend while Sikander recounts his romance with a girl named Jessica, played by Jacqueline Fernandez, who mysteriously vanished. A childhood friend of Shamsher’s, Brijmohan (Rajesh Sharma), reveals that a compromising hard disk containing footage of corrupt politician behaviors has been hidden away, sparking yet another conflict. With Rana also in the picture, the stakes are high as Shamsher seeks to retrieve the hard disk that promises to elevate their power.

The narrative twists and turns when it’s revealed that Jessica is actually involved with Yash. This secret leads to betrayal, manipulation, and unexpected alliances as Suraj and Sanjana set their plot into motion to dethrone Sikander. The twins try to consolidate their power by making deals with Rana, leading to a dramatic alliance with Yash, while secretly planning against Sikander.

In a climax full of intrigue, betrayal, and shocking revelations, Shamsher desperately tries to cling to his power. After a series of events, including the unveiling of the true identity of the hard disk, Sikander makes a calculated escape with the help of Raghu Chacha. The emotionally charged confrontation culminates in a fight between Sikander and Yash, who discovers shocking truths about their identities. In a surprising resolution, they find themselves at the mercy of Jessica, revealed to be an Interpol officer.

As the dust settles, we see Shamsher attempting to navigate his troubles from behind bars, and Yash training hard within the prison. The story closes with Sikander successfully reuniting with Suraj and Sanjana at Al-Shifa, plotting their next move together with the original hard disk in safe hands, while Shamsher makes a lingering metaphor about the mythical “Sher,” symbolizing the continual cycle of power and legacy they are caught in.
