Venkat and Kalyani enjoy a happy life with their son Nanda. Venkat works as a medical representative and the family presents a picture of stability. The calm is interrupted when Nanda falls ill and is hospitalized for treatment.

In the hospital, Nanda is diagnosed with diabetes. The news strains the couple's relationship as Kalyani shifts her attention to their son. Venkat feels increasingly sidelined and quietly bears the burden.

With Nanda's illness, Kalyani spends more time with their son and pulls away from Venkat. He wanders through his days in a quiet loneliness, trying to understand her changing feelings. The tension at home quietly builds as communication falters.

On his morning commute, Venkat notices a woman named Geetha and spends extra seconds looking at her. The moment stirs something new in his routine, a flicker of curiosity beyond his marital life. The train ride becomes the catalyst for a dangerous new connection.

The next day Geetha initiates a conversation, and they discover they share similar life stories as married people with kids. Their relationship remains mostly platonic at first, meeting on the train and later in cafes and restaurants. A subtle emotional closeness begins to form.

Geetha proposes spending a day together, and Venkat agrees. They hire a taxi and head toward Mayajaal, signaling a shift from incidental meetings to planned time alone. The plan foreshadows the dangerous boundary they are teetering on.

At the last moment Geetha redirects to a resort along East Coast Road. A goon named Lawrence ambushes them, robs them, and rapes Geetha while Venkat is tied up. The assault marks a brutal turn in Venkat's life and in Geetha's predatory world.

Lawrence begins to blackmail Venkat and Geetha for money, and Venkat uses his savings to pay them off for Nanda's sake. The pressure forces Venkat to confess to Kalyani, who leaves him in anger but returns when she needs money and wants to see Nanda. The trust between them is deeply damaged but not broken beyond repair.

Venkat discovers that Geetha and Lawrence are running a daily scam with other victims. He decides to confront them and warn Ramachandran, the next target. The plan escalates into a violent clash that reveals the true danger of Geetha's gang.

In the ensuing fight, Ramachandran is killed and Geetha is accidentally shot by Venkat. Lawrence stabs Venkat, and in a moment of rage, Venkat kills Lawrence. He escapes but bears the bruises of Geetha's henchmen.

Venkat flees with his family to Hyderabad to escape Geetha's retaliation and to start anew. The move marks a turning point as the family seeks safety away from the gang's reach. The trauma follows them but the move promises a fresh start.

Geetha's men kidnap Kalyani, forcing Venkat to face the danger Geetha still poses. He discovers that Geetha did not die and is orchestrating revenge against him for Lawrence's death. The stakes rise as Venkat must rescue his wife.

In a climactic showdown, Venkat battles Geetha's henchmen and ultimately kills Geetha, freeing Kalyani. He returns the money to Geetha's men and leaves with Kalyani and Nanda, choosing to start anew with his family.
