Based on a true story, this film follows Chen, a former leader of the notorious gang "The 13 Tsz Wan Shan." Having lost his family, loved ones, and brothers, he was imprisoned for drug abuse and trafficking. Upon his release, Chen dedicated himself to helping others find redemption, earning him recognition as "The JCI Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons" and the nickname "The Fixer." While he resolves conflicts between good and evil, Chen struggles to confront a lifelong guilt regarding his past relationship.
