From the moment Simran steps into the fray, she makes clear she’ll defend Shekhar only if she’s convinced of his innocence. Meanwhile, it’s revealed that Shekhar was involved in an extramarital affair with another woman, and his wife Priti was having an affair of her own with Jimmy Pereira.
