Ricky Sharma, a charismatic leading fashion photographer who wears his heart on his sleeve, starts with a volatile memory: a confrontation with Sheena Roy about her friend Nisha, who was left heartbroken and contemplating suicide after being dumped by him. Three years down the line, Ricky is preparing for a major photography exhibition when an anonymous billionaire investor enters the scene and purchases every piece before they can be displayed. The investor, Raj, lays down a bold condition: Ricky must seduce and sleep with Raj’s wife Sheena in order to secure a future where she won’t divorce him and claim half of his wealth. The arrangement is shocking, but Raj insists the marriage must survive on terms that keep his fortune intact.
After some initial resistance, a risky alliance forms and the two begin a relationship that unfolds under the backdrop of Raj’s calculated game. Raj catches Ricky and Sheena Roy in a compromising moment, yet Sheena remains unfazed. In a startling turn, Raj confesses to the murder. When Sheena visits him in jail, he transfers all his property to her after discussing what happened. A routine police search of the couple’s home retrieves a few items, and they uncover a hidden camera inside Raj’s stress ball, revealing the sequence of events that led to Ricky’s death. Sheena is arrested, and she eventually transfers Raj’s property back to him.
