Ram Nandan clears the UPSC exam and is posted as District Magistrate in Visakhapatnam. On the way to his posting, a gang linked to Mopidevi ambushes him, signaling the corruption he'll confront. He survives and steels himself to clean up the district.

Upon assuming office, Ram summons district wrongdoers and pleads for an end to illegal activities. When they mock him, he raids their bases, exposes adulteration at a rice factory, and seals it; he also demolishes a mall built on illegal land by one of the offenders.

Years earlier, Ram chased an MBBS dream but his anger when injustice arose frightened others. Deepika discouraged his aggression and urged him to pursue civil services, advising against joining the IPS. He misses the IAS cutoff by six marks, and Deepika leaves him.

He reappears for the UPSC exam, qualifies as an IAS officer, and begins searching for Deepika, reigniting his public-service ambitions. The pursuit sets the stage for his eventual reunion with Deepika years later.

After years apart, Ram finds Deepika living in an old-age home and they rekindle their relationship, bringing hope to his personal life and political career.

During a political rally, Parvathy interrupts and reveals Sathyamoorthy's past crimes, shocking the crowd. Sathyamoorthy suffers a fatal heart attack upon seeing her and forgives her before dying. Ram defends Parvathy and slaps Mopidevi in public, triggering a major political scandal.

Furious over his father's betrayal, Mopidevi murders Sathyamoorthy and leverages public sympathy to become the Chief Minister. Ram is suspended for assaulting Mopidevi and is later arrested on fabricated charges on the eve of his wedding to Deepika.

At Sathyamoorthy's funeral, his final statement endorses Ram as the next Chief Minister, galvanizing public support for him. Ram's suspension and arrest intensify the political drama.

Sabha reveals to Ram that he is the biological son of Appanna, the founder of Abhyudhyam Party, and recounts how Sathyamoorthy and Mukundha betrayed Appanna. Ram learns about the separation from Parvathy and the truth behind his past.

Ram reconnects with Parvathy and contemplates leadership, but Mopidevi refuses to withdraw his complaint, making Ram ineligible for the CM post. Ram is suspended as the power struggle continues and Mopidevi takes the throne, prompting IAS officers nationwide to demand his reinstatement.

Ram is appointed as Election Commission Officer, with elections set in two months, curbing Mopidevi's ability to push through policy changes. He foils attempts to rig the vote by destroying machines and ensures the ballots reach the counting center safely.

In the credits, the revived Praja Abhyudhyam Party, inspired by Appanna's original principles, wins by a landslide and Ram is elected Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The arc closes with Ram stepping into the role and a new political era beginning.
