Sadashiva Rao, portrayed by Sanjay Ratha, is a volatile and abusive figure who resides with his wife, Parvathi, played by Shruthi Meher, their son Lakshman, expertly depicted by Teja Kasarapu, and daughter-in-law Yamini, brought to life by Pooja Kiran. Sadashiva frequently berates and threatens his family, making it clear that he will evict Lakshman and Yamini if his son doesn't secure employment soon. While Yamini remains blissfully unaware of the toxic dynamics within the household, Lakshman grows increasingly weary of his father’s temperament and relentless criticism.
In a twist of fate, we learn about Rama, the estranged elder son of Sadashiva from his previous marriage, being played by Suhas. After being cast out by Sadashiva years ago, Rama reconnects with Lakshman, and together they hatch a sinister plan to paralyze their father using poison in his coffee as an act of revenge and a means to claim their inheritance. To further their plot, Lakshman convinces Parvathi to help them, and that night, their scheme unfolds with Sadashiva suffering paralysis.
The following day, Rama returns alongside his wife Mahati, depicted by Anusha Nuthula, with the intent of orchestrating the transfer of Sadashiva’s wealth while ensuring that Parvathi does not intervene out of guilt. However, the situation turns dire when Rama’s friend Nagesh unexpectedly drops by, seeking repayment for a loan. Under the pretense of a friendly reunion, Rama lures Nagesh to the backyard and kills him violently by slitting his throat. Unbeknownst to them, Yamini bears witness to this gruesome act and discreetly informs Lakshman, who manipulates her into maintaining silence until the inheritance matter is resolved, fearing the repercussions of an investigation into Sadashiva’s condition.
As the tension escalates, Sadashiva’s family friend Vasuki visits and inadvertently hears Rama confessing to the plot against their father. In an act of desperation, both brothers kill Vasuki, with Lakshman delivering the final blow. Meanwhile, Mahati observes the murder from a distance but only registers Lakshman’s involvement, not suspecting Rama.
The narrative reveals that the brothers are not just schemers; they are serial killers. Rama initially murdered three individuals, and unbeknownst to him, Lakshman replicated his methods to eliminate three others, cleverly disguising their intertwined crimes and misleading the public into believing there was only one murderer. When Mahati questions Rama about Lakshman, he manipulates her, echoing the rationale Lakshman used on Yamini, persuading her to refrain from going to the authorities.
As the plot thickens, Mahati covertly reaches out to Vasuki’s son, Subhash, to inquire about his father’s disappearance. Concurrently, Yamini and Mahati share their fears and insights, leading Yamini to uncover Lakshman’s dark side. She ultimately sedates both brothers and, alongside Mahati, they dig up Nagesh's body, only to unexpectedly find Vasuki's remains instead, which leaves Mahati unconvinced of Rama’s guilt. Their secretive actions do not go unnoticed; Rama overhears their findings and plots to eliminate the women, but Lakshman argues to wait, insisting on preserving Yamini for the financial scheme’s completion.
Mahati reaches a breaking point, recognizing Rama’s true nature when he reacts aggressively to her simple act of stepping outside. At this critical juncture, Subhash arrives looking for his father, and before Yamini can sound an alarm, both brothers murder him before the horrified eyes of their wives. With nowhere to escape, the women find themselves assisting in the cover-up of these heinous acts.
Soon, the situation escalates as the trio of women barricade themselves within the house, while the brothers plot their demise. Lakshman strikes a deal with Yamini, promising safety for her and her family if she helps persuade Parvathi to step outside once the inheritance papers are signed. Unbeknownst to them, Parvathi secretly collaborates with Rama and Lakshman, plotting to kill their wives instead.
In a gripping climax, Yamini and Mahati are forced into self-defense, ultimately managing to retaliate against both brothers in a fierce ambush. However, in a shocking twist, Parvathi manipulates events to her advantage, calling the police and framing the two women as the notorious serial killers, claiming responsibility for the deaths of her sons, Nagesh, Vasuki, and Subhash. As Yamini and Mahati are led away in handcuffs, Parvathi stands watching from the porch, a sinister smile playing on her lips, having successfully outsmarted everyone in this chilling family saga.
