Karan, too shy to confess his love, musters courage and intervenes when goons threaten Tanya's step-brother. The rescue catches Tanya's attention and leads to him being invited to a fake birthday party. This moment marks the spark of their unfolding romance.

Tanya witnesses the murder of scientist Khurana by Mehboob's evil twin. Khurana hides a secret code inside a stuffed parrot before dying, and the toy is placed in Tanya's car. Tanya flees the country, unwittingly leaving the toy behind at home.

Unaware of Tanya's fate, Karan later picks up the parrot toy from Tanya's home. He remains ignorant of the danger the toy carries and of Tanya's escape.

Karan, still in love with Tanya, learns she is in Dubai and decides to pursue her with the help of a local hustler, Rocky. This marks a major shift from Mumbai to the glittering expatriate scene.

Rocky travels to Dubai and, with Babloo, tracks down Natasha—Tanya living undercover as a successful singer. Rocky instantly falls for Natasha and begins wooing her, presenting himself as a charming, capable suitor.

Karan and Murugan arrive at the Dubai airport, sensing potential competition for Natasha. Rocky tries to derail Karan by spreading a lie about Natasha, leaving Karan heartbroken and ready to return home. A club advertisement featuring Natasha rekindles Karan's hope that Rocky erred.

Two other rivals surface: Sanju Malvani, pretending to be paraplegic on crutches, and Tanya's physically disabled live-in friend Tommy. Sanju uses fake newspaper articles to smear rivals, while Tommy fakes disability to win Natasha's sympathy.

Natasha is ambushed in the parking lot by thugs hired by Rocky, who then intervenes and presents himself as a capable, benevolent protector. After beating them, Natasha is impressed enough to invite Rocky for tea later in the evening.

Rocky navigates meddling family members—Sweety, Natasha's aunt, and the jealous Tommy—and a meddling family dog as Natasha's album takes center stage. He later intercepts Sanju at Natasha's home, where Sanju tries to discredit him again, foreshadowing further clashes.

Rocky invites Natasha on a cruise. On the dock, Natasha spots Karan and Murugan and introduces Karan to Rocky. Natasha encourages Karan to stay for dinner, deepening the love triangle.

Sanju presents a fake newspaper alleging Rocky is a crook and a killer. Rocky overhears and chases Sanju, later meeting him in a bar where they exchange accusations and lament the sudden arrival of Karan as Natasha's new love interest.

Karan goes to Natasha's house to propose, but an anonymous note accuses him of hiring Rocky. Natasha sends him away and he goes to Rocky's house, where he finds Sanju and Tommy. Mehboob and his clan arrive, interrogating Natasha about the stuffed toy that started it all.

Mehboob's family arrives as Sunny kidnaps Natasha. Sweety alerts Sanju, and Rocky, Karan, and Tommy give chase with Murugan's help. They discover the vault code hidden in the parrot, and the parrot speaks the code into Natasha's ear as Rocky destroys the toy.

A gunfight erupts when Baljeet tries to seize Natasha. Rocky and Sanju pursue Baljeet and rescue Natasha, returning her home. Karan arrives with Raj Sinha and reveals Sanju's scams, including Raj's own past downfall, reshaping the power dynamics among Natasha's lovers.

Natasha realizes her true love for Karan and rejects Raj, acknowledging that she and Raj had no future. Karan and Natasha unite, while Rocky and his rivals watch with mixed emotions. The narrator closes with Mehboob’s absurd fate—he becomes a baby after consuming the entire aging-solution—and Sunny, ironically, becomes his father, leaving the audience with a final joke.
