Inspired by his newfound acclaim, Quincy decides to share his insights with his male friends, including his boss Phillip ([Peter MacNicol]), who is wrestling with the tough choice of ending a tumultuous relationship with his heartless girlfriend, Rita ([Jennifer Esposito]).
