Commando Karanveer Singh Dogra is introduced as a highly skilled operative on a mission to combat black money. His expertise in survival tactics and combat makes him the frontline warrior against corrupt financial practices targeting his country.

Karan is tasked with hunting down Vicky Chadda, the notorious black money dealer in India. He begins eliminating Vicky's operatives one by one, making significant progress towards his target.

Karan learns from his superior Adil Hussain that Vicky has been captured in Malaysia. Although this information is crucial, Karan is instructed to keep it under wraps for the time being.

Indian Home Minister Leena Chowdhury is introduced as a strong advocate for the anti-black money initiative. Ironically, her own son, Dishank, is entangled in money laundering, aware that Vicky's return could unravel their operations.

Leena and Dishank scheme to bring Vicky back to India under the guise of official duties, planning to eliminate him during a staged prison transfer. They assemble a tactical team for this operation, involving multiple specialists.

Karan manages to infiltrate the tactical team by causing a medical emergency for Sharad, allowing him to replace him. This strategic move gives Karan access to the mission aimed at bringing Vicky back.
