In China, a string of killings targets RAW agents, and the danger hits close when one operative, Harish, is found dead. Harish was the closest friend of ACP Yashvardhan ‘Yash’ Singh [John Abraham], and before he fell, he managed to slip a coded message into a book for Yash to find. Yash, who is still grieving the loss of his wife Maya [Genelia D’Souza], clutches at this clue as a lifeline. The message reveals a conspiracy that seems to strike only RAW operatives, and the RAW leadership wastes no time in recognizing the legitimacy of the threat. They entrust Yash with leading the investigation, placing him at the center of a complex hunt that will test his resolve, his wits, and his willingness to confront painful memories.

Yash teams up with Sub Inspector Kamaljeet ‘KK’ Kaur [Sonakshi Sinha], and together they pursue the trail to the Indian embassy in Budapest, where the danger feels suddenly personal and close. The mastermind behind the scheme is Shiv Sharma / Rudra Pratap Singh, a gifted but dangerous hacker [Tahir Raj Bhasin], whose dual identity keeps him one step ahead in every encounter. In Budapest, the cat-and-mouse game intensifies as Shiv keeps slipping away, narrowly avoiding capture, and KK and Yash press on despite repeated setbacks.

As the investigation deepens, Yash uncovers the haunting backstory with help from Sawant and the RAW head Anjan [Narendra Jha], learning that Shiv is a mask for Rudra Pratap Singh—the son of RAW agent Karan Pratap Singh [Boman Irani]. Karan had been sacrificed in a past operation, and Rudra’s heartbreak is compounded when HRD Minister Brijesh Verma brands Karan and several other RAW agents as traitors, triggering a cascade of guilt and rage that fuels Rudra’s quest for vengeance.

The pursuit culminates in an assembly in Budapest, where Rudra moves to shoot Brijesh Verma, but Yash and KK arrive in time to halt him. In the tense confrontation, they end Rudra’s threat with decisive force, and Yash compels Brijesh to publicly acknowledge his mistakes, clearing Karan’s name in front of the media. Rudra dies with a sense of closure, and the film leaves Maya watching from beyond, quietly approving the turn of events and suggesting that KK could be a perfect match for Yash in the days ahead.
