Blood streams from Sang-hoon’s nose as he staggers away, begging for a handkerchief. In the end, Young-jae fatally strikes him with a hammer, leaving Sang-hoon to die on the roadside.

In the epilogue, Yeon-hee, Hyung-in, Sang-hoon’s sister, and his father join Man-shik for dinner at the newly opened restaurant. Yeon-hee then witnesses her brother destroying a street-side food stall in a moment that mirrors her late mother’s tragedy.
