Triloquist

Their mother dies of an overdose, leaving Angelica and Norbert to cope on their own. The loss marks the start of a bleak life under the shadow of their ventriloquist doll, Dummy, who seems to possess a life of its own.

The siblings are sent to live with their abusive uncle. When the uncle assaults Angelica, Dummy kills him in a violent act, ending the abuse.

Dummy is placed in a suitcase for several years, isolating the siblings from the world and preserving the danger he represents. The eerie restraint mirrors the family's fractured stability.

The siblings eventually retrieve Dummy so he can speak for Norbert again. Soon after, Dummy assaults a child, and the authorities place Norbert in a mental institution.

Angelica starts working at a strip club to make ends meet and tries to pitch a ventriloquist act. When the manager rejects her idea, Dummy murders him in a blaze of violent fury.

Anger driving them, Angelica and Norbert head toward Las Vegas while Dummy kills several people along the way. They kidnap a woman named Robin to impregnate by Norbert so they can continue the family line.

During their journey, a police officer intervenes and captures them to protect Robin. Angelica then murders the officer, escalating the pursuit against them.

The trio holes up in a cabin where Angelica urges Norbert to rape and impregnate Robin to fulfill their lineage. The tension between the trio grows as their plans unfold.

Robin tricks Norbert into believing she loves him and uses the moment to attack Dummy and escape. Angelica reveals to Norbert that she has been voicing Dummy all along, inflaming their rift.

In the ensuing fight, Norbert is stabbed to death and Dummy seems to die with him. Angelica is shocked and gravely wounded, barely clinging to life.

Robin escapes and returns with the police, but they find that Angelica has fled, still with Dummy. The pursuit of the truth about the ventriloquist duo continues.

The film shows Angelica and Dummy reaching Las Vegas, yet Angelica never achieves real success. The dream of a new life spirals into tragedy.

A cruel twist reveals that Angelica is pregnant with Norbert's child and dies soon after giving birth. The newborn's fate is left uncertain.

With Angelica gone, Dummy remains alive and is seen holding the baby, leaving an eerie sense of continuation. The final image centers on the living ventriloquist doll and his mysterious future.
