In a bold and unprecedented move, Yu places a staggering HK$100 million bounty on the head of the top drug dealer in Hong Kong. This shocking declaration sends waves of fear and uncertainty throughout the criminal world, disrupting the drug hierarchy significantly.

Faced with the escalating chaos and fearing for his own life, Jizo ultimately chooses to surrender to the police. This unexpected action turns Inspector Lam into an unlikely protector for Jizo, who reveals Yu's dark past with the Triad to the authorities.
