Special Agent Alex Scott faces his rival, Carlos, just before receiving a critical mission briefing. He learns that he must recover the stolen ‘Switchblade,’ a cutting-edge fighter plane in the hands of arms dealer Arnold Gundars.

Scott discovers that Gundars plans to auction the Switchblade during an upcoming boxing match featuring Middleweight champion Kelly Robinson. This complicates Scott's mission significantly, as he must maneuver through the tension of the event.

The agency recruits Kelly Robinson to serve as a civilian cover for Scott. The two agents head to Budapest together, where Scott has devised a plan to infiltrate Gundars' compound during a lavish party.

Upon arriving in Budapest, Robinson views Scott as just another part of his entourage, leading to initial tension. Scott tries to convince Robinson of the seriousness of their mission through a demonstration of his flying skills.

Scott's mission takes a turn when Robinson is kidnapped by a local woman, Rachel Wright. However, Scott intervenes and reveals that Wright is actually a fellow BNS agent testing his loyalty.

During Gundars' party, Robinson skillfully replaces a pen with one containing a tracking device. This clever maneuver provides crucial intel for their upcoming confrontation with Gundars.

Scott successfully infiltrates Gundars' office under the guise of being part of Robinson's team. He retrieves valuable information, but the situation becomes perilous when Robinson accidentally sets off an alarm.

Scott and Robinson engage in a frantic escape through the streets of Budapest, faced with faulty equipment and impending danger. Their chase leads them to a sewer system where they narrowly avoid capture.

Back at headquarters, Robinson humorously coaches Scott on how to win over Agent Wright’s heart. Recognizing the importance of their personal relationships, Scott attempts to impress Wright while suspicions linger about their mission.

Scott receives unusual movement on the pen's tracking device, leading him and Robinson to investigate a bathhouse. Surprisingly, their instincts prove correct, as they encounter a confrontation with Gundars’ henchmen.

Scott confronts Gundars on a bridge, discovering that terrorists are planning to arm the Switchblade with a nuclear missile. Tension rises as Scott fights off armed opponents, only to face betrayal from Agent Wright.

With activated contact lenses, Robinson is able to visualize Scott’s dire situation. Motivated to help, he rushes to the bridge after winning his boxing match, joining Scott in a chaotic fight.

A surprise appearance by Carlos provides Scott and Robinson with unexpected backup during the confrontation. This unity leads to a significant defeat of the terrorists, though chaos still reigns.

Scott and Robinson attempt to commandeer the Switchblade, but disaster strikes when the plane crashes into the river. This moment reveals a hidden nuclear weapon, raising the stakes and intensity of their mission.

Fast forward 36 hours, and Scott and Robinson are in Monte Carlo tracking down Agent Wright. Their triumph comes with the shocking discovery of Carlos capitalizing on their success, leading to an underlying tension.
