Facing imminent execution within twenty-four hours, the stakes escalate as the U.S. Government grapples with the implications of claiming Bishop as an agent, a move that could jeopardize the critical trade negotiations.

Amidst this turmoil, the CIA calls upon Nathan Muir, an aging mid-level case officer on his final day before retirement and the very man who recruited Bishop. He fabricates an urgent directive from the CIA Director to initiate Operation Dinner Out, a bold rescue mission planned by the Navy SEALs, laying the groundwork for Bishop’s retrieval.
