In Kuala Lumpur, Singhania's drug network flourishes while Deputy Commissioner D'Silva forms a focused task force to capture Don and dismantle the cartel. Don, ruthless as ever, murders Ramesh when he tries to exit the business, and Kamini is killed during the violence. Roma, Ramesh's sister, joins Don's gang to avenge her brother and Kamini, setting up vendetta against the leadership.

As Don lies in a coma, D'Silva recruits Vijay, a Mumbai-based lookalike and stunt performer, to impersonate Don. He trains Vijay to infiltrate the gang and promises to arrange schooling for Deepu, the child Vijay cares for. This recruitment marks the first major step in the plan to topple Singhania's operation from within.

Jasjit, the estranged father of Deepu and a former IT professional, is released from prison. Years earlier, he was coerced into stealing diamonds to save his kidnapped wife, an ordeal that D'Silva dismissed. His wife's death drives Jasjit to seek revenge against the forces that manipulated him.

In the hospital, Vijay undergoes plastic surgery to resemble Don and to pass the appearance test. Don dies from cardiac arrest, allowing Vijay to assume his identity and re-enter the criminal world. The switch sets in motion the mission to recover the cartel's hidden operations details.

D'Silva assigns Vijay to recover a disc containing the cartel's operational details. Roma tries to kill him during the mission, but D'Silva intervenes and reveals Vijay's true identity. This confrontation exposes the depth of the deception and tightens the house's control over Don's syndicate.

Vijay secures the disc and hands it to D'Silva, who then orchestrates a nightclub raid that kills Singhania. In the crossfire, D'Silva is fatally wounded, leaving Vijay without a trusted ally to confirm his true identity. The chain of command around the cartel begins to crumble.

Arrested and disavowed by Don’s associates, Vijay escapes during a prisoner transport. He seeks Roma to prove his innocence and uncover why the world believes him to be Don. The fractured trust within the organization forces him to go rogue again to clear his name.

Jasjit obtains the disc from D'Silva's apartment but is forced to swap it for Deepu's life when his captors threaten the boy. He uncovers that D'Silva is actually Vardhaan, Boris’s missing lieutenant who orchestrated the entire plan to use Vijay against Singhania and seize control. The revelation triggers a new alliance against the conspirators.

Jasjit rescues Deepu and joins forces with Vijay and Roma to take down Vardhaan. They inform Interpol of the conspiracy, leading to Vardhaan's arrest after a confrontation with Vijay. The trio's cooperation marks a turning point in the pursuit of justice.

With Vijay's name cleared, he is taken to a hospital where Roma confesses her love for him. He responds warmly, but Roma realizes too late that he is not truly Vijay. The scene hints at a deep deception woven into the hospital encounter.

In a twist ending, it is revealed that Don is alive and had been pretending to be Vijay all along. He had recovered from his coma, overheard the plan, swapped places with Vijay, and later murdered Vijay to cement his deception. The disc he handed to authorities earlier was a fake.

With Singhania and Vardhaan removed, Don reclaims his identity and resumes control of the Asian drug cartel. The plan succeeds, and the criminal empire stands once again under his leadership. The cycle of deception ends with Don firmly back at the helm.
