Devi is caught red-handed stealing question papers on the eve of exams, forcing the three friends: Meenu (Minu), Simi, and Devi, to vanish from campus. They go underground to avoid peers and family judgment as they plan a quiet new chapter away from trouble.

With help from Chacko, Simi's fiancé, they arrange accommodation with a woman psychiatrist who is also an expert in tantrik mysticism and uses an Ouija board. They move into an isolated house where the mysterious setup promises shelter but hints at danger.

The landlady warns that a wandering soul is following the girls, signaling that trouble is far from over. This omen adds unease to their stay at the isolated house.

A college mate, Jithulal, harasses the girls, creating a sense of danger as they try to stay hidden. The threat foreshadows further manipulation and harm.

Chacko asks his friend Vinod Varghese to take the girls to a guesthouse in the woods, but Vinod's plan is to cheat them and lead them to Jithulal. The arrangement sets them on a perilous route.

Their bus meets with an accident, leaving them to walk along a deserted road through the forest. The incident heightens danger and leaves them vulnerable to further schemes.

They encounter a mysterious wildlife photographer and a drunkard, Raghuram, and seek shelter at an old bungalow in the forest. As night approaches, they experience strange happenings that unsettle them.

Ram recounts his troubled past: his younger sister vanished from Bombay, he became a drunkard, and later believed he found a look-alike, Kalyani, in the forest. He plans to take her to Mumbai, but she disappears and locals blame him.

On the day they planned to leave, Kalyani goes missing and later it is revealed that Jithulal and his associate Vinod brutally raped and burned her alive. The tragedy intensifies the forest's dark history.

The spirit of the murdered girl begins following the three friends as they face supernatural disturbances. Their fear escalates as the forest seems to tighten around them.

At sunrise, Chacko and Vinod inform the police that Ram is missing and realize Ram had already died in the earlier accident. The revelation ties the haunting to the forest's tragic past and to the missing man.

Back at the forest house, Minu tries the Ouija board again as the supernatural activity escalates. Ram's spirit materializes, forcing them to flee the house in terror.

The trio discovers Vinod's betrayal, and Ram's spirit pursues Vinod, killing him in a marsh. The forest's dark past resolves in Vinod's violent end.

Meenu/Minu returns home, but the Ouija board activity persists, suggesting the haunting is not finished and that the forest's trauma lingers. The final image hints at unresolved supernatural tension.
