Varmaa Vasudevan is a brilliant yet volatile medical student whose sharp intellect often clashes with a volatile temper, earning him the dean’s ire and the begrudging respect of his juniors as a notorious college bully. After a fiery brawl with a friend during an inter-college football match, the dean delivers a blunt ultimatum: apologize or leave the college. Varmaa initially chooses exile, but a chance encounter with a first-year Malayali student named Megha changes the course of his life, pulling him back toward the campus he’s about to abandon.

From that moment, the bond between Varmaa and Megha grows in fits and starts. They cross delicate lines as he asserts that his love for Megha is exclusive, even as the dynamics of their relationship stretch under pressure. In the quiet that follows, Varmaa begins to rebuild, leaving room for a hopeful future. Then, in a poignant turn of fate, he spots Megha—now pregnant—sitting in a park during a vacation. He approaches her upon his return, and Megha opens up about her remarriage: she left her husband soon after the wedding and kept working in a clinic. She shares the most hopeful truth of all—Varmaa is the father of her child.
