A young man named Anthony Robles goes through a rigorous exercise routine in his bedroom, inspired by the famous wrestler Tom Brands. Despite having only one leg due to congenital amputation, Anthony is determined to pursue a career in wrestling.

The night of the High School Nationals Championship Final is crucial for Anthony, as he competes representing Mesa High School, Arizona. With tremendous focus and determination, he faces opponents without physical disabilities, showcasing his strength and agility.

Despite winning the high school championship, Anthony is disappointed when the Iowa scouts choose a fully able-bodied wrestler instead of him. This moment highlights the subtle discrimination he faces due to his disability.
