In 2004, former coach Bill Courtney takes on the challenge of reviving the struggling football program at Manassas High School. Faced with only 17 players and limited resources, Courtney prioritizes character development over immediate victories. The film follows the team’s journey over several years as they work to overcome adversity and transform into a formidable force, aiming to end a century-long playoff drought and redefine what it means to win.
