** Kristi Jones ** is a skilled fighter pulled into a Mafia-run circuit of brutal street bouts. She fights alongside her crew to raise money for her sister’s college education, hoping it will open doors they never imagined. The sister dreams of becoming a doctor, and Kristi is determined to make that dream a reality even as the fights grow more dangerous and the price of success climbs higher.

Meanwhile, the underground world is haunted by Stingray, a man scarred by trauma who is driven to violence after his frightened wife Anna leaves him—an act that follows his own brutal rape and sets off a psychotic break. He begins kidnapping women who resemble his ex-wife, torturing them and gouging their eyes before returning their bodies to the crime scenes.

Kristi’s sister becomes one of Stingray’s victims, pulling Kristi into a mission that blends personal vengeance with a broader battle against an organized underworld. To stop him, she teams up with Detective Nick DiMarco, who might be falling for her, along with Jennifer, Jennifer, a psychiatry tutor to Kristi’s sister, and Nick’s partner Mike, who brings steadiness to their fragile alliance.

The chase leads them to the place Stingray has chosen to operate—a warehouse where the captives are confined and the danger is at its peak. Jennifer is soon kidnapped, and Stingray poses as a doctor to move her, forcing Kristi and Nick to press harder. A brutal confrontation ensues, with the pair trading blows in dim lighting and cramped spaces until Stingray is cornered. In a final, brutal moment, Stingray loses both eyes, and is suspended by the eye-sockets with a meat hook, ending his terror.

In the aftermath, Kristi and her friends visit her sister’s resting place to share the news that Stingray has been defeated. The film closes with a hopeful twist: Kristi has persuaded her former gang to pursue education, and Nick has helped enroll Kristi in college, signaling a chance for a different future.
