The film opens with a flashback that centers on ACP Subhas Chandra Bose, a sincere police officer who shares his life with his parents, his wife, his daughter Pinky, and his younger brother Surya, a college student who falls in love with his classmate Indoo. On a college field trip, Indoo meets Bose’s world and grows friendly with Pinky, who promises to introduce her to her uncle Surya. As the story unfolds, Surya turns up at Indoo’s college, and the two young people begin to grow closer, forging a quiet connection that runs alongside Bose’s demanding professional life.

Meanwhile, a notorious promoter and gangster known for settlements and land deals, Shankar, becomes the target of Bose’s investigative attention. Shankar’s schemes involve a massive land deal backed by crores of money, with others in the system seemingly complicit. When the bank chairman who lent money for the deal calls in his loan because the venture hasn’t paid off, Shankar’s ruthless means come to the fore, and he eliminates the banker. Public frustration erupts as bank customers flood the streets, and Bose steps in, arresting the bank manager and taking control of the situation.

Shankar learns where the manager has been taken and storms the location with his henchmen and the D.I.G., leaving Bose badly wounded and near death. The gang boss orders the body dumped, setting off a chain of dramatic events. In the chaos, Surya becomes entangled in the fallout and manages a daring rescue of his elder brother from a burning bus, but Bose does not survive the ordeal, dying in Surya’s arms. The tragedy reverberates through the media and among the public, who come to believe that Bose may have swindled the money, a narrative fueled by the D.I.G.’s manipulation.

Motivated by vengeance and driven by a sense of justice, Surya sets out to avenge Bose. He first targets Nikhil, a friend of Shankar who had become entangled with the gang’s schemes, and then confronts the D.I.G. in a dramatic turn of events—the D.I.G. had escaped from custody and enters a perilous confrontation. During this upheaval, Indoo is abducted by Nikhil, adding personal stakes to Surya’s mission; he nevertheless manages to rescue her, keeping her safety at the forefront amid the chaos.

The conflict intensifies as Shankar retaliates by kidnapping Surya’s entire family, pushing Surya to a limit he never knew. He travels to Shankar’s house, where a final confrontation unfolds. Surya fights his way through the danger and defeats Shankar, rescuing his family once more, with the support of the newly appointed D.I.G., who stands firmly by his side in this dangerous upheaval. The film closes on a tense note of triumph and protection, underscoring themes of loyalty, resilience, and the cost of pursuing justice.
