Ricky, known as 'Stray', struggles daily as a backyard fighter, risking his life to earn a living. His determination and courage in the fighting ring catch the attention of Estelle, who sees potential in him for her illicit operations.

Estelle invites Stray to her night bar in Miami, subtly revealing her role as a kingpin running a prostitution ring. She expresses her admiration for Stray's hustler spirit, hinting at a collaboration that will evolve as the plot unfolds.

Estelle pairs Stray with her hitman, Mr. Cuda, and assigns them a mission to eliminate Ronnie Fennech, a man indebted to her. The duo successfully completes the task, marking Stray's first step deeper into Estelle's criminal world.

Following their success in the mission, Mr. Cuda becomes frustrated with Stray's inexperience. He dismisses Stray, indicating the growing tension in their partnership as they navigate through the dark underbelly of Miami.

The morning after their mission, Cuda attempts to reconnect with his 15-year-old daughter Lola, bringing her money. However, Lola is uncomfortable and hurries away, showcasing the strained relationship between father and daughter.

Cuda encounters Billie, a girl who has escaped her foster home in Atlanta, while loitering near the beach. Feeling a connection to her plight, he helps her by paying for her hotel room and giving her a gold money clip, reflecting his protective nature.

Tragedy strikes when Billie is kidnapped from her hotel room. Cuda quickly realizes her absence and reaches out to Stray, kicking off a desperate search to rescue her from the hands of those who exploit young girls.

During a tense confrontation in a Chinese restaurant, Cuda finds the money clip he had given Billie, leading to the hotel manager. This leads him to discover that Billie has been sold to Freddie, a businessman with sinister intentions.

Faced with the horror of Billie's situation, Cuda confronts Estelle, who is more interested in her profits than in saving the girls. A showdown ensues, bringing Stray into a critical decision: choose loyalty to Estelle or assist Cuda.

In a heroic turn, Stray decides to side with Cuda as they confront Doom, Estelle's bodyguard. Together, they manage to eliminate Doom in a tense fight, shifting the balance of power and escalating the conflict with Estelle.

As Estelle tries to retaliate after Doom's defeat, Lexus, a former dancer from Estelle's club, intervenes. She shoots Estelle, liberating herself and Stray, demonstrating a powerful transformation against their oppressive circumstances.

After taking down Estelle, Cuda gears up to rescue Billie and the other girls from Freddie’s factory. He prepares for the fight of his life, determined to put an end to Freddie's exploitative practices once and for all.

In a critical moment during the confrontation with Freddie, Billie manages to escape and aids Cuda in defeating Freddie. Together, they dismantle his operations and ensure the safety of all the girls trapped in his lair.

Stray, along with Billie and Lexus, find refuge in the mountains where they start anew. Stray opens an auto repair shop, living under the name 'Ricky', marking a significant shift away from their troubled pasts.

In a poignant farewell, Cuda prepares a birthday gift for Lola, leaving behind his beloved 'barracuda' car to symbolize his love and hopes for redemption. He later finds closure at the shore, reflecting on his past while seeking peace.
