Strike Commando 2

Ransom and his Strike Commandos infiltrate a Vietnamese base with orders to plant explosives. A sentry catches and kills one commando, raising the alarm while Radek observes from a nearby vantage. As the squad retreats, the explosives detonate, killing a soldier and sending Ransom tumbling into a river.

Unconscious, Ransom is found by a village boy who nurses him back to health. He learns the village's church-turned-shelter has been attacked by VC fighters and that Soviets are present in the area. Ransom agrees to help the villagers reach safety, forming a fragile alliance.

Ransom calls his home base and tells Radek that he is alive and where he could be picked up. He insists that the Strike team deserves justice, vowing vengeance. A helicopter is dispatched to retrieve him.

The next day the group tries to cross a river and is ambushed by a patrol boat and VC forces. Le Due, a retired French soldier living in the village, helps turn the ambush into a counter-attack, destroying the boat and routing the attackers. The survivors press deeper into the jungle.

Soviet soldiers close in as the group retreats. Le Due is killed by a Soviet soldier, and Ransom discovers a torn Soviet patch on a uniform. With the Soviets tightening the net, the decision is made to pull back.

Ransom orders a helicopter to retreat to base, but his major talks him into getting picked up. Later, Ransom volunteers to return and photograph the base to prove Soviet presence in Vietnam.

Back in Vietnam, Ransom discovers villagers have been slaughtered. He finds the name Jakoda, a Soviet soldier, and steals information from a VC to locate him. He swears to bring the Soviets to account.

Ransom confronts Jakoda and is captured after a civilian hostage is used to pressure surrender. The Soviets learn there are Americans in the area and begin torturing Ransom. He endures months in a cell, plotting his eventual move to escape.

In captivity, Ransom pretends to break and agrees to deliver a demoralizing radio broadcast. He endures the torture but bides his time, plotting a counter-move to turn the tables on his captors.

Ransom seizes an opportunity to use Olga, Jakoda’s girlfriend, as bait during a breakout. A brutal fight erupts; the helicopter arrives, Olga is killed, and Ransom shoots another gunman before the chopper retreats.

After blowing up an army boat, Ransom returns to shore to face Jakoda. In a fierce duel, he defeats Jakoda and hurls him toward a waterfall where Jakoda meets his death.

Ransom storms back into base and fires at Radek’s office in a blaze of rage, only to find Radek isn't there. He goes AWOL, vanishing from the base and vanishing from the chain of command.

Radek reappears as an importer/exporter in Manila. Ransom plants a two-minute grenade on the ash tray at the front desk, triggering a rushed response as he roams the building and mows down the men inside. He then destroys Radek with a grenade.

Ransom tracks Jakoda down again, who now has a set of metal teeth. In a brutal final act, Ransom places a grenade in Jakoda’s mouth and detonates it, leaving only a gruesome reminder of his foe’s fate behind.
