In a tense, globe-trotting setup, John Dresham, a CIA dirty-deeds man, teams up with Anthony Chapel, a seasoned black-ops organizer, to hire a team of mercenaries led by John Seeger. Their target is a small, resource-rich island in Southern Africa known as Galmoral, under French control, where the trio pretends the mission is about humanitarian aid while their real aim is to claim the island’s oil and diamond wealth for themselves.

The operation quickly spirals when some of Seeger’s soldiers disobey orders and seize the French Ambassador — the French Ambassador, Rudiger Eberle and his family, using them as leverage. The plan unravels as French troops respond with force, and the assault turns deadly, especially for Seeger’s close ally, the radio operator nicknamed “Radio” Jones, played by Radio Jones. The tragedy shakes Seeger to his core, and Maxine Barnol, the spy posing as a journalist—Maxine Barnol—begins to draw connections that hint at a larger CIA involvement.

Back in the United States, Seeger visits Radio’s widow, Shondra Jones, and his promise to look after her and her young son Eddie Jones becomes a personal compass amid the mounting chaos. He also fights off attempts by Dresham’s men to silence him, showing his resolve and the personal stakes driving his choices. He crosses paths with Maxine, who exploits the confusion to steer him toward a bank heist that supposedly hides the target’s prize. In a deft use of influence, Dresham pushes for access to security briefings and climbs the security perimeter, all the while unaware of Kamal’s actual fate.
