In the year 2092, Earth is on the verge of catastrophic failure, heavily impacted by pollution and resource shortages. The situation forces the majority of humanity to survive in dire conditions while an elite group seeks refuge in a new orbital sanctuary.

The UTS Corporation intervenes by creating an orbital sanctuary designed to replicate Earth's ecosystem. However, access to this sanctuary is restricted to a privileged few, leaving most humans to fend for themselves in a decaying world.

UTS, led by James Sullivan, sets ambitious plans to transform Mars into a new habitable home for humanity. They begin cultivating genetically modified plants in hopes of establishing a sustainable environment for future settlers.

With strict regulations in place within the orbital sanctuary, many non-citizens resort to becoming space sweepers. They collect debris to exchange for necessities, highlighting the stark divide between the wealthy citizens and the struggling masses.

A ragtag team of treasure hunters, known as the crew aboard the Victory, embarks on various salvage missions. Led by former prodigy Hye-jin Yu, they navigate through the unforgiving expanse of space while hunting for valuable debris.
