Yanis Zeri leads a tight-knit Parisian heist crew that specializes in raiding armored trucks. His trusted friend Nasser, his younger brother Amine, and Nora — the sister whose boyfriend is Frank — complete the core team. Yanis plans and executes complex jobs with a calm, disciplined style: he doesn’t chase luxury; instead he keeps life simple and launders money through friends’ and family members’ businesses to stay under the radar.
When the crew faces a bigger job, they need an explosives expert, and Nasser introduces them to Eric. Eric is a talented young professional who still carries the memory of an explosion wound and relies on OxyContin to cope with the pain. Despite this, Nasser trusts him, and so does the team.
Amine, the modestly paid driver and Yanis’s younger brother, wants more money. After a heist, he is assigned to dispose of the guns by tossing them into a river, but he pockets one pistol instead and tries to sell it. He sells the gun to a slum drug dealer, an action that is eventually traced by the police, resulting in a 10-year jail term for the buyer. This incident deepens the tension and foreshadows the consequences of every choice the crew makes.
Salif, a drug lord who wants leverage over Yanis, threatens Yanis’s family and demands repayment for the dealer’s arrest. The plan is to stage a major heist: a heroin shipment coming from Belgium to feed the crime network.
The crew intercepts the heroin, but the operation turns violent when Nasser is killed in a gun battle. Yanis and Eric press on, delivering the drugs to Salif, but the handover spirals into a deadly shootout.
As the clashes unfold, Salif moves to take Yanis’s mother and Eric’s girlfriend as hostages. Yanis makes a daring rescue of his mother, while Eric’s girlfriend is killed in the crossfire. With the police closing in on Salif’s apartment, Amine is arrested, and the odds begin to tilt against the crew.
Seeking escape, Yanis arranges to flee to Casablanca by sea, instructing his lawyer to move the fortune and to inform him when Amine will be transferred from custody. The crew ambushes the police van and fights their way free, but in a parking garage, as Amine and Eric board a departing city bus, Yanis walks out into the open and is shot by a young police officer. The film ends with Amine and Eric reaching a Moroccan port aboard an old fishing boat, leaving Yanis’s fate unresolved and underscoring the cost of their skyline-heist world.
