In 1960 a crashed American bomber was found in the Libyan desert, but the crew’s remains were never recovered. Ghosts of the crew linger at the wreck, awaiting a proper burial. The sole survivor, navigator Russell Hamner, now a General, joins the investigation. Led by Major Devlin, the spirits aim to expose Hamner as a coward who abandoned his men.
