Ravi, Girija, and Laddu are involved in a serious road accident, leaving Laddu severely injured. Inba rushes to the hospital despite promising Rekha he wouldn't go, which causes Rekha to feel betrayed. She throws her thali and files for divorce, feeling hurt and abandoned.

During this turbulent time, Inba's grandmother Pavunu and grandfather Singarayar pass away, impacting the family deeply. Rekha gives birth to twin babies, but Inba's relatives prevent him from seeing the children, deepening the family's emotional rift.

Laddu visits Rekha in the maternity ward and happily talks to the twin babies, assuming the role of their maternal uncle. His innocent affection helps Rekha begin to understand the bond between Inba and Laddu, opening her heart to reconciliation.
