In Zhonabad, Lala is a respected local landlord who secretly serves as a Pakistani agent, helping terrorists slip through mountain passes. His influence allows him to hide anti national activities in plain sight. The contrast between his public stature and private loyalty fuels the tension of the operation.

Albaksh is an illiterate laborer who serves Lala without understanding his master's anti national activities. He unknowingly aids the infiltration network and becomes a key pawn in the scheme. His ignorance makes him vulnerable to manipulation.

Captain Sonia, a military intelligence officer, identifies Lala and Albakshs anti national activities and informs the military. The revelation triggers the command to monitor Zhonabad and prepare a response. Her discovery is the catalyst for Major Pratap's deployment.
