A former New Orleans cop Jack Robideaux, Jean-Claude Van Damme, arrives in Columbus, New Mexico with his pet rabbit to join the border patrol, teaming up with Captain Ramona Garcia, Natalie J. Robb. The scene is set against a backdrop of a tense, high-stakes operation where the border’s defenses are stretched thin by a ruthless criminal network. The border patrol has to contend with a chilling new threat: smugglers funnel illegal migrants and bricks of heroin through the gaps in the system, and even migrants are equipped with C4 vests, making any move against the operation potentially deadly.

The smugglers in question aren’t ordinary criminals; they’re a rogue special forces unit led by Benjamin Meyers, Stephen Lord, with a brutal enforcer known as Karp, Scott Adkins. In a shocking turn, Billy is revealed to be working for Meyers, and Ramona, along with her uncle Emile, is kidnapped. His daughter Kassie Robideaux, Bianca Bree, was killed by Meyers’s drugs about three months earlier, a tragedy that also ties back to the rabbit Jack always carries—Kassie’s rabbit given a living memory of his lost daughter.
