In a final stand at a deserted area, Sonu is cornered by Mangal's gang. The police chief commissioner guns down the gang, and it is revealed that the chief is actually Mangal's informer who closes in on Sonu alongside his boss.

Sonu meets Pratap and declares he is done with crime, planning to reunite with Jhanvi. The chief commissioner shoots Sonu, ending his struggle and forcing Pratap to confront the consequences of the double life.

Seeing Sonu killed, Pratap shoots the chief commissioner and Mangal multiple times, ensuring both leaders die. He completes his vendetta and begins to dismantle the arms network that fueled the tragedy. The immediate threat to the city dissolves with their deaths.

In the hospital, Sonu utters last words urging Pratap to keep Jhanvi ignorant of his death and to tell her that he was a criminal who ran away. The confession frames his death as a tragic sacrifice rather than a simple ending. Pratap listens, forever carrying the burden of the truth.

Pratap goes to Jhanvi's house and informs her that Sonu left the country to evade arrest due to Pratap's small error. Heartbroken, Jhanvi chooses to forget him and move on with her life. The ending leaves her future uncertain but resolute.
