Sonu Dilli is a street-smart, fast-talking arms dealer who thrives in Delhi’s shadowy trade, navigating danger with a quick tongue and quicker wits. After a tense interrogation by the tough Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pratap Raghuvanshi, he agrees to become an informer, feeding Pratap tips about illegal arms networks in exchange for moments of safety and the chance at a steadier life. This uneasy alliance buys Sonu a fragile window of freedom, but it also drags him deeper into a world where loyalty is negotiable and every move could be watched.

The lure of a normal life grows when Sonu falls for Dr. Jhanvi Singh Tomar Sonal Chauhan, and the desire to settle down with her becomes a real possibility. He longs to leave crime behind and build a quiet life, yet Pratap keeps pressing him to stay in the game, promising ongoing protection and a brighter future if he remains useful. The plot thickens as Sonu learns that Jhanvi’s estranged father, Mangal Singh Tomar, is the very man behind Delhi’s guns and arms empire. This revelation forces Sonu to walk a perilous line between two powerful camps. He begins to play a dangerous double game, projecting himself as a loyal informer to Pratap while simultaneously presenting himself as a valuable ally to Mangal. He feeds both sides delicate, carefully crafted signals, all while secretly planning to run away with Jhanvi and start anew.

A covert informer within the police leaks Sonu’s true allegiance to Mangal, shattering any remaining trust and raising the stakes dramatically. In a brutal shootout, Mangal closes in on Sonu with his entire gang. Sonu calls Pratap for help, and the scene erupts into a chaotic confrontation that pours into the streets. The police chief commissioner, who has been secretly aligned with Mangal, joins the pursuit, and the clash ends with Mangal’s gang being felled by gunfire, leaving the chase narrowed to a deadly final stakeout.

The confrontation moves to a deserted area where Sonu faces a final triad of threats: Mangal, the chief commissioner, and the collapse of his own carefully constructed alibis. Sonu is mortally wounded as he confronts the men he’s tangled with, and Pratap—grasping at a sense of tangled justice—dispatches the chief commissioner and Mangal, ending their grip on the city’s underground.

In hospital rooms and quiet corridors, Sonu’s last words carry a heavy burden. He asks Pratap to shield Jhanvi from the brutal truth of his death, and to tell her that he was a man who slipped through the cracks of the law and fled rather than be caught. When Pratap later visits Jhanvi, he fabricates a different ending—suggesting Sonu left the country to escape arrest, a misstep attributed to Pratap’s small error. Heartbroken and resilient, Jhanvi chooses to move forward, carrying with her the memory of a man who walked a razor-edge between love and crime, and the cost they both paid for it.
