In Amsterdam, a trio of American backpackers, Paxton (Jay Hernandez), Josh (Derek Richardson), and Óli (Eythor Gudjonsson), embark on an adventurous journey that leads them to a Slovakian hostel reputed for its beautiful local women. Their adventure begins when they encounter a Russian man named Alexei who shares tales of the enticing Slovak hostel. Eager for new experiences, they board a train to Slovakia where they meet a peculiar Dutch businessman whose odd behavior raises their suspicions yet also intrigues them.

Upon arriving in a quaint village, they check into the hostel and encounter two beautiful women, Natalya (Barbara Nedeljáková) and Svetlana (Jana Kadeábková), both of whom charm the men and invite them to a spa. There, the women tantalize the backpackers with promise and allure, leading them to a night of dancing and revelry. However, Josh, recently heartbroken, feels hesitant to engage with them. This unease only deepens when he steps outside for a moment and is confronted by a group of children demanding candy—a seemingly innocent encounter that quickly becomes unsettling.

As the night progresses, Josh and Paxton are led back to the women’s room, culminating in a night of intimacy. Yet when morning arises, a sense of unease settles in as Óli is mysteriously missing, and a Japanese backpacker named Kana reports that her friend Yuki has also vanished. Panic ensues when a concerning MMS photo sent from Yuki’s phone reveals ominous details—Yuki and Óli are seen beneath a smokestack at an abandoned factory, with the haunting word “Sayonara” tagged below. Little do they know, the dark truth lurks underneath as Óli has met a sinister fate along with Yuki, with their suffering hidden from view.

Determined to find their friends, Paxton and Josh, accompanied by Kana, plan to leave Bratislava the following day. Their horror intensifies when they spot a man wearing Óli’s jacket and follow him, leading to a museum filled with cruel relics of torture. As the unfolding events grow more sinister, Paxton’s night spirals into confusion and dread when he finds himself incapacitated and trapped in a dungeon-like setting, where he is subjected to the sadistic whims of the Dutch businessman, who reveals his horrifying dreams of a life unlived as a surgeon.

Meanwhile, Paxton awakens to discover Josh and Kana missing, leading him on a desperate chase through the dark alleys of the town. He soon grasps the full extent of the horror when Natalya’s true intentions are laid bare—she had lured them to a factory of terror, where a myriad of backpackers are held captive and tortured. His pleas for help are met with derision and laughter from Natalya, who revels in the realization that she has betrayed him. Captured alongside a German client, Paxton fights against despair as he is tormented and tortured, all while planning a desperate escape.

In a violent confrontation where he is forced to defend his life, Paxton manages to seize control of the dire situation, slipping away under a guise and navigating through the hidden horrors of the factory. As he battles through the grim corridors filled with lost souls, his quest for survival leads him to confront the atrocities inflicted upon his friends, culminating in a fierce showdown with the sadistic butcher before he makes a harrowing escape.

In a shocking twist, Paxton encounters the enigmatic American businessman, a fellow torturer who unwittingly reveals the hideous operations of Elite Hunting, a vile organization profiting from the torture of unsuspecting tourists. Driven by vengeance, Paxton embarks on a path of retribution, seeking to bring justice to those who have suffered. The chilling reality dawns on him as he discovers the extent of atrocities inflicted upon innocent victims, igniting an unquenchable fire for revenge.

As he fights to rescue Kana from the clutches of this nightmarish world, their escape leads to a final confrontation with the traders of pain, ending in a brutal showdown that tests the limits of survival and morality.
