Misra, a ruthless dacoit, is arrested by SP Chakravarthy [Sarath Babu]. During the transfer, Misra wounds himself and is taken to the hospital, where Chakravarthy awaits his wife Geetha, who is pregnant and blessed with twins. The doctor explains that the twins share a strange reflection mentality—if one is hurt, the other feels the pain, depending on distance. Misra manages a daring escape, abducts one twin and injures Geetha in the process. Chakravarthy pursues but cannot locate the missing child and ends up shooting Misra. The surviving twin’s reflection bond helps save the abducted baby, a moment witnessed by a female laborer. The child is eventually adopted by the laborer and her husband, who already have a daughter.
Years pass, and tragedy strikes when the couple dies in a construction-site accident, leaving the two children as orphans. As they grow, one twin, Deva [Nagarjuna Akkineni], becomes a small-time thief with his fellow orphan Kasi. Meanwhile, Geetha lingers in a coma, and Chakravarthy takes her to America for treatment, where the other twin, Ravi Varma [Nagarjuna Akkineni], is raised. He returns to India as a charismatic rock star, captivating audiences with his performances. On home soil, Chakravarthy’s friend welcomes him and hopes to marry his daughter Manga [Ramya Krishnan] to Ravi Varma, though Manga is secretly in love with Deva. At an airport reunion, Ravi Varma is drawn to Ooha [Soundarya], Akkamamba’s daughter, who is organizing his programs; Simhachalam [Srihari], Akkamamba’s brother, also seeks Ooha’s hand.
Back home, Manga tries to pursue Ravi Varma, mistakenly believing him to be Deva, until the two men cross paths and realize they are identical, giving rise to a string of humorous misunderstandings. Meanwhile, Kasthuri, Deva’s sister, witnesses a ruthless don and Mitra—the son of Misra—who murdered an inspector after refusing to stay corrupt and reveal evidence in court. Mitra attempts to force Kasthuri into a marriage groomed by his henchmen, but Deva disrupts the plan and arranges Kasthuri’s marriage to another man. Deva eventually gathers all the pieces of evidence against Mitra, ensuring his jail term and, later, the death sentence.
Months later, Kasthuri becomes pregnant and is admitted to the hospital for delivery. Deva steps away to attend to money troubles, asking Ravi to stay at the hospital. At the same time, Mitra escapes from jail, arrives at the hospital to kidnap Kasthuri, and recognizes Chakravarthy as the man who killed his father—while also learning that Deva is his son. Mitra uses this to pressure Deva, seeking Chakravarthy’s release of Kasthuri. Unbeknownst to Deva, Chakravarthy is his father, and the moment comes when Geetha awakens from the coma by Deva’s touch, revealing the family’s true relationship. The revelation catalyzes a united stand: Deva and Ravi join forces to protect their father and Kasthuri, bringing Mitra to justice. The story closes with the two twins sealing their bond by marrying their respective loves, merging action, family ties, and loyalty into a rousing, hopeful finale.
