In the vibrant environment of Delhi, we meet Bhaijaan, a courageous man whose life revolves around caring for his three brothers: Ishq, Moh, and Love. Though they present tough exteriors and often find themselves in scuffles, their bond is undeniable. Bhaijaan’s strong disinclination towards marriage stems from his belief that having a wife might disturb the delicate balance and unity among the brothers. Little does he know that each sibling harbors their own romantic interests—Sukun, Muskaan, and Chahat.

Their lives take an intriguing turn when they learn from Nadeem Chacha that Bhaijaan once had a deep affection for Bhagyalakshmi, lovingly called Bhagya. Determined to bring them back together, the brothers hatch a plan to find her and reignite their romance. Their journey leads them to another Bhagyalakshmi, a stunning Telugu-speaking woman named Gundamaneni Bhagyalakshmi. This serendipitous meeting reignites the sparks of a long-lost love between Bhaijaan and Bhagya.

While navigating the tumultuous waters of rekindled love, Bhaijaan faces challenges from Mahavir, a ruthless gangster threatening the peace of their community. With unwavering resolve, he rises to confront Mahavir’s malicious intentions, emerging as a steadfast protector of his neighborhood.

On a train journey to Bhagya’s village in Telangana, Bhaijaan discovers that Bhagya’s brother, Balkrishna Gundapenneni, is a devoted pacifist. This revelation is put to the test when a band of ruffians boards the train, launching an attack. Showing his usual bravery, Bhaijaan steps up to defend the helpless, surprising Bhagya with his readiness to fight. He then reassures her that he has vowed to abandon violence forever.

Upon their arrival at Bhagya’s village, they receive a warm reception from her family, enveloped in love and hospitality. This setting offers Bhaijaan a deeper understanding of compassion and the essence of forgiveness when he learns that Nageshwar Kodathi, a notorious criminal, is bent on harming Balakrishna and his family. What follows is a touching narrative of redemption, where Balakrishna strives to reconcile with Nageshwara, revealing the hidden traumas of their shared history.

As tensions rise, Nageshwara’s wicked plans threaten to materialize against Balakrishna and his kin, only for the vigilant Bhaijaan to intervene and protect them from disaster. However, their momentary safety comes at a cost, as Bhaijaan and his brothers, supported by the rejuvenated Balakrishna, head back to Delhi for what should be a joyful engagement between Bhaijaan and Bhagyalakshmi. Unbeknownst to them, their moment of happiness is overshadowed by a brutal attack from Nageshwara and Mahavir, who strike with relentless ferocity against the unsuspecting group. Undaunted, Bhaijaan and the reinvigorated Balakrishna ally in a fierce battle, ultimately vanquishing their enemies, thus safeguarding their family and the community they cherish.
