Gargi

Gargi is a school teacher from a struggling family. Her father Brahmanandam works as a security guard in an apartment building, her mother sells homemade rice batter, and her younger sister Akshara is in middle school. The family's finances are tight, and Gargi's sense of safety is tied to her father's protection.

Brahmanandam and four other men are accused of assaulting a child. Gargi is determined to prove her father's innocence because he is her hero who protected her from a perverted teacher in the past.
