Several years after the events of 1990: The Bronx Warriors, Trash, the former leader of the Riders, has become a cynical loner drifting through the impoverished, lawless wasteland of the Bronx and dealing in stolen ammunition.

The General Construction (GC) Corporation, led by President Clark, plans to tear down the Bronx to forge “the city of the future.” To achieve this, they enlist former prison warden Floyd Wrangler and a private battalion of “Disinfestors” to burn, shoot, and gas anyone who resists leaving.

While the bums, vagrants, and elderly are easy prey, the remaining warrior gangs of the Bronx rally behind a rebellious army led by Dablòn and take shelter underground.

When [Trash]’s parents are burned alive by the Disinfestors, he swears vengeance and leads brutal guerrilla assaults on the clean-up squads. The GC Corporation and Floyd Wrangler answer back with harsher tactics, including threats and the murder of hostages, while Ferguson’s shadowy operations grow more ominous. In this tense power struggle, the leaders of the underground fight to keep their ground while fear, trauma, and bravado clash on every street.

Trash, [Dablòn], and a crusading reporter named Moon Grey team up with the psychotic mercenary Strike and his equally reckless son, Junior. Together they devise a daring scheme to kidnap President Clark and use him as a bargaining chip to reclaim the Bronx for the gangs.

Ascending to the surface, the trio confronts a heavily guarded zone. [Moon Grey] stages a dramatic diversion during a propaganda ceremony, publicly challenging Clark and the governor, only to be cut down by a gunman who frames it as a self-defense move. Amid the chaos, [Trash] seizes the opportunity and abducts [President Clark], while [Strike] blow open a route with explosives to secure their escape back toward the underground.

On their way to safety, Junior stays behind to trigger a fallback plan with more explosives, buying them time and passage. The group reaches the underground enclave governed by [Dablòn], hoping to bargain with Clark to restore gang control. But [Hoffman], Clark’s deputy, orders a lethal gas attack intended to annihilate the resistance and wipe out Clark himself.

Dablòn gets a warning and hustles his people to the surface, transforming the Bronx into a brutal battlefield between the two factions. When the smoke clears, only three survive: [Trash], the determined [Strike], and [Junior]. Standing amid the rubble, Junior asks if they can return underground, arguing that the surface wasteland isn’t fit for living. [Strike] agrees, and the pair invites Trash to join them, but he chooses to walk away on his own, free but alone in the post-apocalyptic world.
