In 2018, Wade Wilson uses Cable's time-traveling device to journey from Earth-10005 to Earth-616, a timeline referred to as the 'Sacred Timeline.' This unexpected venture marks the beginning of his multidimensional quest amidst the shifting realities of the multiverse.

Upon arriving in Earth-616, Wade seeks out Happy Hogan to request joining the Avengers. However, his request is rejected, pushing him further into a path of isolation and change from his former life as Deadpool.

Fast forward six years later, Wade has traded his mercenary life for a quieter existence running a used car dealership. This significant life change follows an emotionally devastating break-up with his girlfriend, Vanessa Carlysle, adding layers to his character's emotional journey.

During Wade's birthday celebration, the Time Variance Authority (TVA) interrupts his festivities, whisking him away to meet Mr. Paradox. This encounter reveals impending dangers and sets Wade on a new path to restore the stability of his timeline.

Mr. Paradox reveals that Wade's timeline is deteriorating due to the death of Wolverine, the anchor being for Earth-10005. This shocking information drives Wade to action, compelling him to embark on a journey through the multiverse to find a variant of Wolverine.

Wade's quest leads him to an array of Wolverine variants, ultimately bringing one back to the TVA. To his dismay, this variant has destroyed its own universe, raising questions about the fate of Wade's own timeline.

After being pruned into the Void, Wade and Logan face off against Cassandra Nova, who manipulates minds and reveals her alliance with the TVA. The confrontation escalates with Nova eliminating Johnny Storm to torment Wade's emotions, highlighting the stakes of their predicament.

In the Void's borderlands, Wade and Logan meet a variant of Wade named Nicepool who helps them ally with other heroes against Nova. As they gather forces, tensions arise as Logan confronts Wade about his hesitance in fixing timelines.

While devising a strategy against Nova, Wade cleverly places Juggernaut's helmet on her, aiming to hinder her powers. In a surprising twist, Pyro appears as a sleeper agent of Mr. Paradox, turning the tide of their struggle against Nova.

Wade and Logan, with Nova's reluctant help, return to Earth-10005 via a portal created by a variant of Doctor Strange. Upon their return, they learn of a new threat posed by Paradox's creation, the Time Ripper.

Paradox reveals his malevolent intentions with the Time Ripper, which threatens to erase Wade's timeline. In a climactic battle, Nova, now fueled by vengeance, confronts Wade and Logan amidst an army of Deadpool variants invading through the portal.

Faced with the choice to save their timelines at the cost of their own lives, Wade and Logan make the ultimate sacrifice against Nova and the Time Ripper. Their courageous decision results in the destruction of the Time Ripper and echoes of heroism.

Surviving the chaos, Wade and Logan witness Hunter B-15 apprehending Paradox, effectively halting his schemes. This moment marks a turning point as the heroes contemplate their next steps in a now-healed timeline.

Wade graciously invites the Others to return to their respective timelines while allowing Logan to stay with him. This decision leads to a heartfelt reunion with Vanessa, inspired by Logan’s encouragement, providing emotional closure for Wade.
